Manoochehr Jafari-Nahad is the Founder and Director of Arya Properties Investment Ltd, bringing more than 30 years of international experience across finance, banking, risk management, consultancy and investment, together with more than 20 years of experience in property investment and management
He is a qualified FCCA and has held senior financial and strategic positions with leading organisations, including Deloitte, where he served as a Senior Audit Manager managing a portfolio of multinational clients. His career also includes senior banking and financial advisory roles, including serving as a Risk Reviewer and Advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors of a bank, where he advised on strategic, financial, liquidity and risk-management matters.
He has also served as Chief Financial Officer of Rayan Properties, where he was responsible for establishing the company's financial, budgeting, governance and banking functions and helping build the business from the ground up.
His extensive financial background includes strategic finance, financial modelling, corporate governance, risk management, international investment, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions and business planning. He has advised boards, senior executives and international organisations on financial strategy, governance and business development
As a property investor and portfolio landlord, Manoochehr combines his extensive financial and risk-management expertise with practical experience in residential property investment, acquisition, financing, refurbishment, rental management and long-term portfolio management.
His international career and professional experience across the UK and Middle East have provided him with a broad understanding of financial markets, investment structures and business environments.
